The EBCI Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program are initiating the “Start by Believing” campaign to bring awareness and support to survivors of Sexual Assault. The goal is to change the culture of reporting….to let people know, they will be believed. We want to start with community members.

Start by Believing is a public awareness campaign designed to end the cycle of silence and change the way we respond to sexual assault. It was first launched in April 2011.
